Appointments can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Please take into account an average waiting time of approximately one month when you want to reschedule your appointment.

Please let us know as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten or reschedule the treatment. If the treatment can no longer be carried out, it will be charged in full.

Please come with clean, dry hair without heavy oils or styling products. Wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring reference images so we can discuss your wishes in detail.

We work with carefully selected brands such as K18, Mr. Smith, Redken and Olaplex. Products are tailored to your hair, treatment and desired result.

For every appointment we ask for a deposit. This exclusively reserves time for you in our agenda. The deposit is deducted from the treatment.

Yes, appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the start. The deposit remains valid, provided the new appointment is scheduled immediately.
